How to make a purchase?

Shopping at Famuji Sneaker online store is easy and simple. Browse around with our user friendly platform. When you find the item you want, click on the item and select your options such as size and colour then "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW". A pop up box will appear on your screen giving you the details of your order and option to "CHECKOUT". From there, you will direct to a SECURE CHECKOUT page, enter all your details required to finalise and place your order. 

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order, just select "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW". However, we make creating an account quick and easy! Having an account with us also means you can:

  • 1. Review and track all past orders
  • 2. Save your address to make future purchase even easier
  • 3. Manage your account details with ease and confidence, including address and email preferences 

     

     Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

    There is no duties and taxes that need to be paid on top of your order. However, we do not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local custom office for more information regarding taxes and duties.

    I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

    Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the "SIGN IN" Page, we will send you an e-mail(the e-mail which you create the account) with the new password. 

    Where are your store and how can I contact you?

    We have a store in Shenyang, China. 

    How do I know the products you sell are authentic?

    Rest assured, we are an authorized stockist for every brand that we showcase. We guarantee every item sold in our online store to be 100% authentic.

    How do I know if an item is in stock?

    If you are able to select the color and size of the particular item and add to cart means the selected item is available. Please note until you finalize your purchase, your item(s) can be purchased by any other customers as we do not reserve stock which is held in your cart/shopping bag. 

    Items marked as Sold Out are not available for purchase on the website, but please do not hesitate to email us.

    Which payment methods does Famuji Sneaker accept?

    We only accept PayPal for the moment.

    What packaging will my purchase be in?

    Here at Famuji Sneaker, we know that receiving the parcel is half the fun! So we are confident you will be happy that your order will arrive with double wrapped for apparels and double box for footwear perfectly.

    Where is my order?

    Once your order is dispatched from our distribution center, we will email you with specific tracking number for your order, which you can track easily and securely. You can also click on ' Track Your Order ' at the Home Page to track your order by yourself.

    What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

    If you received the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, we are sorry!! Please email us straight away at inquiry@famujisneaker.com and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.

    If you believe you have a faulty item, or you have found that what you order is not suitable, we have a 7 day return policy which you can read more at 'SHIPPING & RETURNS' .
