Please exercise caution and ensure accuracy when placing your order. All packages will be dispatched from Mainland China or Hong Kong. Once an order is placed, we typically cannot cancel it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

How long will it take to receive my order if I live in __?

    • USPS Standard Shipping (7-15 business days) - This is our economy shipping option, which offers a delivery time of 7-15 business days to most locations within the USA.

    • USPS Express Shipping (5-10 business days) - This is our expedited shipping option, which offers a faster delivery time of 5-10 business days to most locations within the USA.

  • Canada (Canada Post): 8-10 business days

  • Mexico (ESTAFATA Express): 8-20 business days or more

2.Expedited shipping

We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee of $30-$40. These options include DHL, UPS or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

3.Please Note:

For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.

Please note that during holiday periods, such as International Labour Day in May, National Holiday in October, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year, shipping speed may be impacted due to reduced workforce and high parcel volumes. We kindly advise you to take this into consideration when placing your order.

If you require faster delivery during holiday periods, we recommend that you choose USPS Express or DHL as your shipping method. USPS Express or DHL offers faster delivery times and is less likely to be affected by holiday-related delays.

 

Returns Policy

At Famuji Sneaker, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns of new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment. All original packaging must be returned with the product.

Here's how our returns work:

  • If the item(s) you received is faulty or not as ordered, we will incur the return postage costs. Please contact us at inquiry@famujisneaker.com to organise pre-paid postage.
  • If your previous shipped item is lost by the carrier, we'll send you one more item for free.
  • If you don't like the item you purchased or if you ordered the wrong size, return postage costs will be at your expense. Please note that the measurements in our product descriptions are accurate.
  • We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain your responsibility until received by us.
  • If you need to return an item, please email us at inquiry@famujisneaker.com before shipping your return. We'll inform you of the address where you can ship your return.
  • Refunds will be issued via PayPal. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Taxes and duties

Regarding tax and duties, particularly for EU and Southeast Asian countries, we typically prepay part of tariffs. However, we do not cover any additional tariffs or other taxes
